Meet Avi!

The seeds of this idea were planted nearly 10 to 12 years ago. After immigrating from India to the USA over 30 years ago, I searched for my beloved dessert, 'Shrikhanda,' but found none. Determined to fulfill this craving, I took matters into my own hands and embarked on a journey to create my own version.

Avi’s Früish is thoughtfully crafted to be low in sugar, ensuring a delightful experience without compromising your health. We prioritize all-natural ingredients, using whole milk, organic sugar, real fruit, almonds, cashews, and pistachios. Delicately flavored with saffron, nutmeg.


Avi’s Früish has a unique texture, and one may be tempted to compare it with mousse or mascarpone cheese but we’re confident that it’s unlike anything you may have tasted before.

Bringing my vision to life...

As my kitchen experiments flourished, friends of Indian heritage offered enthusiastic encouragement, urging me to share my unique 'Shrikhanda' with the world. Their support inspired me deeply, especially when I received similar praise from colleagues outside the Indian community.

 

This journey reminded me that passion and determination can turn dreams into reality!
