After immigrating from India to the United States over 30 years ago, I searched everywhere for Shrikhanda, a beloved dessert from my childhood. Despite my efforts, I never found a version that captured its essence. The craving stayed with me, quietly persistent, until I finally decided to recreate it myself.

What started as a personal quest soon grew into a passion—refining, experimenting, and perfecting a dessert that honored tradition while embracing a modern, wholesome approach. Over the last 10 to 12 years, that journey evolved into Avi’s Früish.

At Avi’s Früish, we craft our delicacies with intention and care. Each batch is made with just a handful of high‑quality, all‑natural ingredients: whole milk, organic sugar, real fruit, almonds, cashews, and pistachios, delicately accented with saffron and nutmeg. Our recipe is thoughtfully low in sugar, offering a rich, indulgent experience that aligns with the way you want to eat—balanced, nourishing, and honest.
