With a clear vision of the taste, flavor, and consistency I desired, I embarked on a journey of experimentation with various ingredients and methods. Each batch revealed a unique combination, and my kitchen became a space of discovery where texture and flavor blossomed into something impressive!

The seeds of this idea were planted nearly 10 to 12 years ago. After immigrating from India to the USA over 30 years ago, I searched for my beloved dessert, 'Shrikhanda,' but found none. Determined to fulfill this craving, I took matters into my own hands and embarked on a journey to create my own version.

As my kitchen experiments flourished, friends of Indian heritage offered enthusiastic encouragement, urging me to share my unique 'Shrikhanda' with the world. Their support inspired me deeply, especially when I received similar praise from colleagues outside the Indian community.
